Reserve Flight Time
- All reservations are subject to cancellation due to poor weather or aircraft problems.
- Charges are determined from the actual Hobbs meter reading or, if inoperative, 1.2 times the aircraft tachometer reading.
- For Monday through Friday Rentals: For every 3 hours away from base during business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), the minimum charge is one hour.
- For Saturday and Sunday Rentals: For every 2.25 hours away from base during business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), the minimum charge is one hour.
For example, if you take the aircraft at 4:30PM on Monday and return the next day at 10:30 am, you will be billed for the greater of a) actual Hobbs time or b) a minimum of 1 hour (since the plane was away from base a total of 3 business hours). So even if you only flew it 20 minutes, you would owe 1 hour.
